It started from my first phone conversation with Nelson, and continued until the bench top was installed.  The communication with myself and the systems you have in place I haven’t experienced for some time! Nelson, listened to my plight after being let down by the window manufacturer and ensured the bench top was installed prior to my clients return – with a few hours to spare. Your template guys, were professional and didn’t rush this job, then to top it all off the installers were just as fabulous.
